  • UTP has been acquired by myPOS, a leading European provider of smart payment solutions. We will now be known as myPOS UK.

  • As of now, this change does not directly affect you or your contract with UTP. When your contract comes to an end, our dedicated Accounts team will get in touch to guide you through the next steps.

  • The UTP website (utpgroup.co.uk) has been shut down as part of our transition to myPOS UK, following the recent acquisition by myPOS.

  • If you're an existing UTP or Barclaycard customer, please use utpgroupltd.co.uk to access product information, updates, and support.

  • We’ll continue to email and post important service updates and announcements on utpgroupltd.co.uk.

  • There are no immediate changes to your rates. If any updates are required, these will be discussed with you directly by our team.

  • Your contract will remain the same as it was under UTP until it comes up for renewal. At that point, our Accounts team will be in contact to discuss your options.

  • No, there’s nothing you need to do at this stage. Our Accounts team will contact you near the end of your contract to discuss your options and next steps. Your current service and support will remain unchanged. You’ll continue to receive the same level of service you’re used to.
